Mememe Cosmetics

Mememe Cosmetics was another amazing brand involved in the Cork Meetup. I was so delighted to have them involved on the day and to have Joan showcase the collection to all the bloggers who attended. I'm so excited to show you the products I bought on the day and show you you why I needed to have them involved in the event.

I always find in Summer I concentrate more on cheek and lip products rather then face or eye products. A little shimmer on the cheeks or pop of colour on the lips can really top off a flawless face. I asked Joan what products she would recommend and I was blown away by the collection, selection and price.

All the products are really high quality, at affordable prices and are packaged really well (what more could you ask for) The only issue I had was deciding which one I wanted to buy because let's face it, when you find products you love, you want to buy the whole collection. Thanks to Jaons help, I narrowed it down to five products and spend just over 50 euro, which is amazing. I highly recommend all of these and if you're like me and love finding dupes, then you'll love these as much as I do.
Shimmer Stack 'Pink Zest' €12.50
A dupe for Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick, this is a gorgeous shimmer palette which you can sweep over cheeks or use the individual lines as eyeshadows or the white as a brow highlight. Mix all the colours with a brush, sweep over cheek bones and you get a gorgeous orangey pinky glow.

Beat The Blues 'Pearl Pink' €6.99
This skin illuminator is a dupe for Benefit High Beam. Dot a little on cheeks or brow bone and blend with fingers. Or add a few drops to your foundation to give an all over shimmer and natural radiance. I find it blends so easily, a little goes a long way and this soft pink shade is perfect for us pale skin gals who want a natural glow without going golden.

Boho Balm 'Coral Taupe' €8.50
This is a multi purpose product for lips and cheeks that just screams festival chic. It has the texture of a thick lip balm but with the pigment of a lipstick and smells like Summer. The two colours can be mixed or worn alone. I apply directly to my lips and then the excess that's left on my fingers I dab onto my cheeks and lightly blend. When applied over foundation, it has the look of a creme blush and is just so gorgeous.

Light Me Up 'Shimmer' €8.99
No night out should be without this lip gloss. With a mirror on the side and inbuilt light in the lid, you'll be able to top up your lips in the taxi or bathroom quickly and easily. It has slight lip pumping qualities too and gorgeous shine so you'll be ready for more partying in seconds. I've been wearing it on it's own as it's very pigmented but also over the boho balm lip tint.

Lip Cream 'Tuscan Red' €10.50
Don't abuse this product, this is a lip cream not a lipstick so it needs a little bit of love and care. It's like a lip butter in the shape and packaging of a lipstick. Made from Shea Butter and Vitamin E, you get gorgeous nourished and soft lips instantly. This shade is an orangey red with a touch of gold. I've blended it out but it's very easily built and doesn't leave any nasty fading marks on the lips.

A massive thankyou to Joan for being involved in the Cork Meetup and for showcasing Mememe cosmetics to everyone.

    1. Thanks Sarah, it's a real Summer shade isn't it. Normally I'm a pink person but this is actually a shade I've gone back to over and over. It's gorgeous whether you're pale or tanned and it's not too orange either. Big fan here ;)
